I understand you can't go from Newark to NY, but why are all NJVL and NEC trains just flat out canceled instead of getting customers to Newark? @NJTRANSIT@NJTransit_CA
@NJTRANSIT@NJTransit_CA its really bad when customers (ke) had to tell your on train staff that cross honoring was happening at Newark Penn. How can they tell customers what is happening when even they dont know? Its something that should be announced on trains as soon as on X
(2 of 2) NJ TRANSIT rail tickets and passes are being cross honored by NJ TRANSIT and private carrier busses and PATH at Hoboken, Newark Penn Station, and 33rd Street, New York. Customers should visit https://t.co/spCbF3CIxN for available alternate service information.
@MyWay802@NJTRANSIT@NJTransit_CA The better plan is for what to do when there is such a situation. Same as any issue that shuts down trains going into and out of NY. You'd think they'd have enough experience by now.
Another day, another disaster of a commute with @NJTRANSIT . I understand you can't control fire, but you absolutely need to have a better plan than "nobody knows ", 30 mins later. People need to get home and Path to Newark only helps those going to Newark. @NJTransit_CA
@JohnnyC1482@NJTRANSIT@NJTransit_CA All the execs are probably sitting at home with their families while we are stuck in NY. A day like this every single one of them should be at Penn station until we all get home.
@Daxstryd@NJTRANSIT You must be on same train as I am lol. Its ridiculous how bad the announcement was, and conductor was shocked when I told him nobody could hear it and had no idea what was happening. @NJTransit_CA
@NJTRANSIT@NJTransit_CA It's still saying on time. Why should I go to the effort of contacting lots of people about an issue with your app when I've already contacted you? Is that your idea of customer service, just pass it on? Wheres the accountability?
