Honored to participate in our 1st - OF 3 - in-person Ethical Leadership Fellows meetings with the @GAWHE_ Leadership Cohort. We focused on implementing coaching cultures, asking intentional questions, providing constructive feedback, and developing support-forward action plans.
We also reflected on our LE-360 assessments & discussed the importance of self-awareness, accountability & leadership development, reinforcing that effective leadership is more than managing performance. It is coaching with purpose, listening with intention, & cultivating trust.
