@Airbnb_uk Your “resolution centre” have attempted to “help” and it’s resulted in nothing other than leaving a very sour end to our holiday. Simply because we didn’t choose to spend enough time complaining when we were meant to be enjoying ourselves!

The WJEC have noted that investigations will be undertaken after results are announced on 18.08.2022.

The timeliness of the process is questionable given that students will be awaiting their results to secure an offer at university and could be at risk of losing their place.
