@sencochat Safety valve is making it impossible as EHCPs aren’t coming through for those who need it despite the assessment….delay delay delay and then no plan arrives…appeals a plenty to delay delay again…

@gdstrudley Unless of course, over time you have planned the provision in your school to meet the needs of your children and invested money in what will make the biggest difference! Not just for SEN but for all!!! Think we do this as well as we can @gdstrudley 😊

@gdstrudley More investment in early identification and resources in the classroom would mean less EHCPs! Parents currently feel it’s their only option to get what they want, but currently the plans make little difference as the HNB makes little difference to what can be provided! 😭

@Headteacherchat Yes! One TA in the school who washed paint pot, did sewing with children , put up beautiful displays and made costumes.
