@UbisoftSupport Advertising your assistance on social media and then waiving off your customer bases because you don't want to do any work is crazy. Also, how is denying recovery of the account and then not providing ANY insight on why not negligent? My credit cards were linked to the account
He experienced a cyber attack and was able to recover all of them within a few days with help from customer support. How? Actual humans reviewed my requests and actually looked at the information I provided. The only one that did not was your shit company @UbisoftSupport
