I have all my desires coz I say so is enough.
The money, the house, the new car, the amazing skin and health for me and my family.
I am an easy life of travel and luxury.
The mind believes it must control life, yet it is this very control that tightens the knot of suffering. When you rest in awareness rather than in fear, life is no longer an adversary. It becomes intimate, immediate, and alive.
pay attention to the stories you’re repeatedly telling yourself. if a thought doesn’t support the life you want, you don’t have to entertain it. focus on the story that serves you and watch it expand.
I chased a spiritual finish line for years.
Then the search took an unexpected turn: every step assumed a seeker I could never find.
Walking happens. Wanting happens. Thinking happens.
But where is the separate traveler?
When you decide, you stop negotiating with every delay, every silence, every weird look. You’re not figuring out or waiting for anything.. you already chose the ending.
So you walk in calm, cute, unbothered, slightly dangerous, because in your head it’s already done.
Your tone. Your posture. Your patience. Your presence. Now, people feel when you’re not looking for confirmation. They just start aligning with the version of events you already accepted.
what a privilege is it is to afford a gym, buy healthy food, pay bills, have legs that walk, eyes that see, a brain that functions, work every day, and take our bodies to their full potential.
Human mind works on time - past and future.
It says - "How can I get this or that." It wants you to accumulate stuff and be happy. But unfortunately that's not how happiness works.
Happiness is right here - where you are totally present and you feel grateful for what's here.
It doesn't lie in the future. It doesn't lie in any event of the future.
Being who you are is how you can actually invite happiness in your life. By not resisting yourself in this moment - simply accepting who you are. Loving yourself completely.
This self-love builds a healthy relationship with yourself. You no longer want anything else. Just this, just Now.
Here and only here can you find fulfilment. When you are not seeking happiness - you are truly happy.
Anything that the mind says within you - is not true.
It's just a perspective which you can let go of.
Thoughts are just stories. Give up believing in any story.
Stories have no place in the newness of the now.
That's it, be silent this way. This is your home, this is true healing.
By not believing the mind - you stop the mind as you see it losing its power.
Be aware of thoughts - they are not created by you. That's why thoughts are not yours.
They come and go, you watch them.
Thoughts arise and fall - you are aware of them. You know that they are there. You watch every thought, as you slow down.
As you know you watch them, you also realise - it doesn't matter what they say.
This is called detachment from the mind.
Now, you yourself see - thoughts are clouds, and you are not those clouds. You are actually like the sky, vast nothingness.
No matter what the thoughts say - you have no form.
Thoughts might say - "I am this or that." Notice.
Don't think about this, be still. That's it. You need nothing else in reality.
In stillness, you are. I AM.
Every spiritual search ends in inner stillness. You realise who you are in nothingness.
The life that is meant for you cannot exist alongside the things that are not. Which is why a major part of alignment is continuously shedding the parts of your life and aspects of yourself that can’t come with you.
Observe the voice in the head - notice, it is saying something right now.
Maybe a judgement of how things are not good, or how things should be better.
Inwardly see that voice - and know it's not you or your own. The voice is past recycling.
In the present there's only silence - pay attention to the present.
Be present. Be free of the voice.
