I think DOTM had something the rest of the franchise didn’t. There’s a feeling of just defeat no other “all is lost moment” we’ve had since then. Even now as an adult ts still hits hard
🚨 NEW: Keir Starmer hits back at Argentina after their players held a “Falklands are Argentine” banner
“The World Cup might not have been ours but the Falklands Islands are”
Transformers: DOTM is peak cause it shows what would realistically happens when someone saves the world
You still have to get a job, and holding lots of justified anger cause no one appreciated it
How it feels to think that Imperial Japan absolutely had it coming but also thinking that instantly microwaving like 100,000 people off the face of the planet is completely horrifying
🚨 NEW: Keir Starmer will attend the World Cup final in New York if England beat Argentina on Wednesday
He will then fly back to London to officially resign as Prime Minister on Monday morning
Didn’t speak on this earlier, but this has to be one of the most subtle yet heartbreaking moments in the entire film that just feels so utterly human. The fact that an hour prior to this in the movie MJ had shared her dream with Peter to be an actress and make it big and was so happy when he began rooting for her, now she doesn’t want him to know that dream wasn’t fulfilled because he might be disappointed. Only for him to build her back up and tell her it’s okay to stumble or take an unexpected detour in life, as long as you maintain your pride and sense of self.
That is, in my opinion, the most Spider-Man thing ever.
