@Arakurin_Dapo@xander_ffs@Donvicudo Lmaoo that body will take at least 3 years of consistency in the gym working out 5x a week. That guy talk say I’m seeing physical changes 😭
Bodybuilding is cool...
Calisthenics is cool
Powerlifting is cool
Combat sports are cool
Crossfit is cool
As a fitness community, we need to come together and hate only on runners. Those guys are weird.
@chrishley05@Maxis_arena I did an aggressive cut at the beginning when I was super motivated. I could see signs of abs in 3-4 months. It wasn’t sustainable, I gained some weight back. Then I became structured and started tracking calories and macros. While working out 4-5 times weekly. Character limits.
@DVIDRDA@Maxis_arena She was worried about kidney damage, she said “do you want a healthy kidney or muscles?” lol. I think the problem was I wasn’t drinking water like crazy.
@PopsyZaria@karyhma@MaziChubby This man 😂you can start by just walking and doing those 4 pushups. You don’t have ti be hardcore on day 1, you progress with time. The most important thing is food. Food is the enemy. We don’t have enough space for me to explain here
@Is_Sophia2@NateSzn__@askcoachboye@prosperlingua It’s actually okay for her to do fasted workouts at the beginning when she is most motivated, and has enough glycogen stores. Eat enough protein, stay in a caloric deficit and as time goes on, adjust intake as the body changes. That’s how I did it.
@PopsyZaria@karyhma@MaziChubby Do you mind sharing what you look like now? But it’s achievable. Losing and gaining weight is super simple. People just over complicate it.
@itssemperfii@tinugrills Your body doesn’t know what time of the day it is. Losing and gaining weight is simple. Calculate what your maintenance calorie is, eat lower than maintenance, you lose weight, do the other way, you gain. Want to maintain your weight, eat a surplus. Shit is not complicated.
@PopsyZaria@karyhma@MaziChubby No you don’t need food to lose weight lmao. Yall ever heard of fasted workouts? That’s what took me from fat guy to “you have the body of a model”
@DeanTTraining@commedia_l35069 My doctor literally told me to stop it for a while so as not to risk kidney problems. She was like do you want muscles or kidney problems 😔
