I barely take notes or prepare for meetings anymore

Notion AI Meeting Notes records and transcribes them

questions i got today at @lennysan's summit and how i answered them:

Q: How is Notion evolving and positioning itself nowadays?
A: We've always been known to be your second brain - that is more important now than ever as AI needs context. We really want to make Notion the second brain for individuals and their teams regardless of what tools and harnesses folks want to use.

Q: What if my team is already comfortable in the tools their using and don't want to learn a new tool?
A: Thanks to Notion's extensibility, whether that's MCP, API, or SDKs, you really don't need to touch Notion to use it. You can work wherever you want and have Notion live as the brain/context for those tools and workflows.

Q: How do you see organizations really benefitting from using Notion?
A: Notion's value really becomes exponential when you start thinking about the amount of tools Notion can help your team replace. Notion can be the homepage for your company for docs, wikis, meeting notes, project management, etc. Having one place for everything makes people much more productive.

Q: What if I have data that exists outside of Notion? How can Notion be my second brain and context layer if it doesn't have everything in it?
A: You can bring whatever data into and out of Notion with our new developer platform at https://t.co/RgxLk5BVfE. Notion doesn't need to be your CRM but it can bring your CRM into Notion for example.

Q: What are you most excited about with upcoming Notion releases?
A: CUSTOM VIEWS! Finally you can build whatever view you want for your Notion data. You want Obsidian graph view in Notion? Don't wait for us to build it - you can build it yourself now. Currently in beta!

Q: My son/daughter is in high school. How can Notion be helpful for them?
A: I started using Notion in college. It was really helpful for me to track all my notes and homework assignments. It was super helpful once I started applying for internships and jobs to track all the conversations I'm having. You can imagine how helpful this will be once a high schooler starts needing to track college applications.
