John is a @USCG veteran and widower. Our community is his second family following his wife’s passing after 71 years of marriage and his adoption of 11 year-old Lilly. In December John will turn 94 years young! Our goal is at least five birthday cards from every state in the country—so when you send a card, spread the word! Donald Trump passed on buying the Cowboys in 1984 for $50M saying he felt “sorry for the poor guy who is going to buy” the team. Today, @Sportico says the Cowboys are worth $12.8 BILLION, meaning if Trump bought the team then, it would have returned 14% a year for 41 1/2 years!
