The Ford Conservatives tried to shut down the committee that scrutinizes political appointments over the summer.

Ontario Liberal MPPs @stephaniesmyth and @marymargaretbey fought back - and won.

Thanks to their work, the committee will continue meeting this summer, giving us the chance to question appointments, expose political connections, and hold the government accountable.
