An early (ish) and wet day today. About to start day 2 of rural crime training with @hutch472

[SPC 3846 @NPSC_3846]

A very useful input from @hutch472 and @Sharmansagri today. Looking forward to day 2.

[SPC 3846 @NPSC_3846]

Been a productive day, charged a suspect for drunk and disorderly behaviour last night, And been following up some enquiries with @PC_1609 as well as other things. #FightingCrime #ProtectingPeople #northants #police #couldyou

[SPC 3846 @NPSC_3846]

So working in the investigation team today, assisted in interviews at the custody building in Northampton for an offence with multiple people involved. Just finished the last one, paperwork time now. 👍

Great news from the chief. 👍

[Kay Burley @KayBurley]

Head of @NorthantsPolice on why he wants to arm all of his officers with tasers

[SPC 3846 @NPSC_3846]

Absolutely agree, a serious incident can happen within 5 minutes to any officer, rank / hours etc doesn't come into it. Our chief in Northants is absolutely commited to protecting his people so I'm sure if it's possible, it will happen. #topboss

[SPC 3846 @NPSC_3846]

A productive day working in the investigation team, from issuing a penalty notice to a detainee who had drunk too much and was arrested over night- to interviewing (and assisting with interviewing) suspects for offences. #alwayslearning #fightingcrimeandprotectingpeople #OneTeam

Plain Clothes specials on duty in @MPSWestminster tonight stopped a youth in a balaclava after matching description of someone involved in a fight. Successful stop and search results in a firearm found in his bag. #MyOtherJob

@PS255Desrochers Despite only working with you a handful of times, I could tell how passionate you are about what you do, and you have always taken the time support the team around you. The troops regard you highly. I'm sure you will make a fantastic substantive skipper!
