The National Police Youth Club Council implemented a Safe & Sound Ja Project Yesterday at the Mandeville Police Station which aims to bridge the communication barrier between the deaf community and the police.

On Aug 31 to Sep1, We hosted two sensitisations and Jamaica Sign Language workshops for twenty police officers from the Halfway Tree and Mandeville Police Station in an effort to reduce the communication barriers between the Jamaica Constabulary Force and the Deaf Community.
