Can Artificial Intelligence learn to survive and thrive in uncharted virtual worlds?

Venturing into the realms of the unknown, Neural MMO opens the gates to a computationally accessible, open-source research odyssey. Imagine training agents to navigate through mysteries, battling unseen opponents, and conquering tasks they’ve never encountered before in dynamically unfamiliar terrains!

Agents must embody survival instincts, mastering the art of foraging for food and water amidst the wilderness of the virtual arena. Equipped with a spectrum of 8 unique professions, each agent becomes a pioneer, cultivating skills and resources essential for their journey.

But survival is just the beginning! Watch your agents engage in epic battles, choosing from different combat styles (Melee, Range, and Magic), learn to trade in the marketplace, craft consumables, and tool up for combat to overpower rival agents in their path.
