@IndiaPostOffice I again visited on 1.11.18 to Bhadreswar po and they again asked for savings acctt their for transfer KVP matured value. Have any such rule r there ?
I have no need for shavings acctt then why they asked for the same.

@IndiaPostOffice Again i visited on 01.11.2018 to bhadreswar po, but sill they asking for savnings account for clearing kvp mature value. i write two letter dt 20.09.2018 and 01.11.2018 also not replied yet.

@NRIHALDER The complainant is requested to contact with the SPM, Bhadreswar SO to settle the case. Necessary instruction has been given to the concerned Postmaster for settlement of the case as per extant provision of the Department. Thank you.
