Hi all, I’ve managed to get back into my emails today.

I waited over 24 hours since the last sign in attempt and used my laptop, changed browser and clicked forgot password prior to signing in. This worked for me. Good luck all.

My emails have been down since Saturday evening. Every time I try to sign in I can’t access, have attempted to reset my password and get this message constantly.

Attempt to reset my password, don’t receive the code, get the try another verification method, wait another 24 hours

Been like that since Saturday

@AubsCottam @Outlook @Microsoft They sent me a generic DM about everything is now working when it’s obviously not

I’ve DM’d them again and asked for a reset code as the verification glitch hasn’t been fixed

Assuming they’ll ignore this though. I’ll be doing the same as you once I finally get access again

I am going to wait a few days now and try again but I’ve not been able to access my personal emails now since Saturday evening
