@DVLAgovuk I received an "IMMEDIATE ACTION NEEDED" letter on 29/01 about a car that was sold in October and was subsequently, by the new owner keeper taxed until Nov 24. I have been desperately trying to get in touch for the past 2 weeks but you seem to be constantly busy. HELP
