@Akshat_World Aren’t people in the 90% move to 10% in the future? We know it because it’s happening now. This means the wealth creation is not concentrated within today’s 10%. Isn’t that a good thing?Even if you say that 90% is making money, what’s the solution in your view?
@shrikanth_krish Ambedkar argued against Hinduism because of its caste dogmas. He pleaded with various matts to remove such dogmas. When they refused, he joined Buddhism. He never sought to make India Buddhist.
@halleyji Not saying that Sadhana or temple worship is not required but one should take a balanced approach to realize God as Ramanuja said, you begin with Karma Yoga ,practice Jnana Yoga, then through Bhakti yoga discover how this self is related to God.
@halleyji Interesting thought. Didn't Shankaracharya popularize it way back? More recently, Vivekananda brought it to mainstream and gave it a global audience.
Also, IMHO the whole concept of Purushartha can be viewed as individual
@dhume@priya_27_ A quote from Morarji Desai
"People forget that democracy is more natural to India than to any other country. There was democracy in India before any other country in the world ever dreamt of it...We had republics, fully, fairly elected, 2500 years ago."
