The hospital health check survey is useful for med students too, by helping out clinical and final years see the landscape and how their placement/future workplaces score. Encourage your doctors-in-training to fill it out today!
Doctors-in-Training: Take the 2019 Hospital Health Check and help us continue to improve working conditions for you with your feedback. We can't do it without you: https://t.co/Hss0xMvOUB
NSWMSC will be putting together a resource paper for our member societies regarding assessment feedback - featuring great examples like these to support advocacy to faculty!
@AmandasAudit The final paper is too late to provide feedback that will be of significant benefit, emphasis is better placed on regular formative assessments with rich, meaningful feedback.
I really appreciate when @UNSWMedicine gives us a score per discipline titled ‘coaching report’
✨NSWMSC Council 2 - here are your beaming student leaders from medsocs across NSW ✨
