@Carnage4Life It's true, but it's more about measuring bets you're willing to make and kill. In the super early days of Adsense, each algorithm change we'd make would net (or lose) us 25-50m$, when our ARR was < 100m$. We got < 10% right (and quickly killed our many non-working ideas.)
