@asda Can you advise the process of raising a complaint? Paid for delivery only for it not to update half my order. Had the same issues before but thought it might have changed a year on. Want my money back the delivery app is not fit for purpose.
@bookingcom After communicating with booking com, they advise per their t&C's they won't refund me and to speak to the owner, who has ignored all of my communication. Be warned https://t.co/pLWt3Cglnq will not assist and let you book rogue holiday stays.
@AvivaUK@Edutitlub I have been waiting since December trying to open a complaint and still zero response received. Left with no heating/hot water in freezing conditions with two young children for a month.
