Carrollton recently gained national attention for its use of livestreaming technology during 911 emergency calls. Terry Goswick, Executive Director of @NTECC911, Carrollton's 911 dispatch center, shared with CBS National News how the Prepared 911 tool has been invaluable, allowing dispatchers to guide callers through critical procedures such as CPR until help arrives. This initiative is setting a new standard for emergency response nationwide.
