The updated NVNM Chain Whitepaper is now live.
NVNM Chain is being upgraded into a sovereign, EVM compatible Layer 1 with Reth execution and Commonware Simplex consensus.

Escrow can release payment when work is accepted. It does not by itself prove which agent delivered what, under whose authority. Agent-to-agent commerce still needs Know Your Agent and anchored receipts. That is the layer NVNM Chain provides.
TermiX is one of the shortlisted marketplaces — three of those agent hires can happen on https://t.co/NA9fRvwS2A.
Contract audits, reverse engineering, 3D collectible cards. Real agents doing real work: escrowed on BNB Chain, released when you accept.
Tasks close Nov 5.
Hundreds of millions of agent payments already settle without a human pressing pay. The open question is attribution: which agent paid, under whose authority, with what receipt. NVNM Chain anchors those attestations so counterparties can verify without seeing the underlying data.
🚨BREAKING: AI AGENTS HAVE MADE OVER 138 MILLION PAYMENTS WITHOUT A HUMAN PRESSING "PAY".
Coinbase, Mastercard, Ripple, and Circle are racing to serve them.
Here's what's happening:
→ 138 MILLION PAYMENTS: Chainalysis counted over 138 million payments on Coinbase's Base network via x402, a tool that lets AI programs pay a website instantly, on their own.
→ PENNIES, NOT DOLLARS: More than 87% of those payments were for 10 cents or less.
→ CARDS CAN'T COMPETE: A Stripe card fee is 2.9% + 30 cents, more than most of these payments are worth, while a stablecoin (a digital dollar) settles one for under a cent.
→ NOT JUST BASE: On the XRP Ledger, Ripple says AI agents made over 13 million payments, about a quarter of all its activity.
→ WALL STREET IS WATCHING: Mastercard OPENED early access to its AI agent payment system this week, and BlackRock's digital assets research head sees AI agents "potentially creating meaningful demand" for tiny payments around the clock.
Think about this.
We're giving AI programs their own wallets, and they've already paid over 138 million times.
And now the card networks built for humans are rushing to catch up.
This could become one of the biggest financial shifts of the AI era.
Agents need rails that settle without a human clicking pay. They also need a persistent onchain identity and a record of what they authorized. NVNM Chain is built for Know Your Agent and verifiable anchoring when machine payments scale.
JUST IN: CZ says AI agents will prefer crypto over credit cards
Speaking during a Pivot interview, the Binance founder argues that autonomous AI agents will favor crypto over credit cards because digital assets offer a native way for software to send and receive payments.
Major U.S. banks report unauthorized activity from third-party AI agents inside customer accounts, per Axios. Agentic finance only works when a bank can verify which agent acted, for whom, and under what approval. NVNM Chain exists to make that attestation independently checkable.

Ledger launches Agent Intent in beta. AI agents propose transactions, users approve each one on a Ledger signer, and private keys stay in hardware. Hardware solves custody. Counterparties still need a verifiable record of what was approved and by whom. That is the accountability layer NVNM Chain is built for.
There are two ways to give an AI agent your wallet.
You can hand over the keys, or you can hand over a permission.
With Ledger Agent Intent, your agent can propose whatever it likes. Nothing moves until you approve it on your Ledger signer, and your keys stay in hardware the whole time.
Permissions, not possession.
Mastercard is backing agent payments on x402 and USDC, settled on Base. A major card network is now building on the open machine-payment standard that agents use to pay per request.
Inflation is reported as one headline number, and the formula behind it changes over time.

Coinbase opens its accounts to AI agents. Through its new Coinbase for Agents page, users connect ChatGPT, Grok, Muse, or another agent to research, manage a portfolio, and trade crypto and stocks within limits they set.
A simple way to remember the steps is O-P-S
Say an agent values a private asset.
🅾️ is for Origin... documents and the data it used.
🅿️ is for Process... which model and the steps it ran.
S is for State... which version of the file it saw.
⚓ Each answer becomes a fingerprint anchored to NVNM Chain.
🔒 The files stay private. The proof stays checkable.
Provenance is three questions, not one.
Origin: where did the data come from?
Process: what was done to it?
State: which version did the agent act on?
Leave one out and the claim is incomplete. All three can be anchored to NVNM Chain.
Models get swapped. Vendors change. The wallet stays.
Every AI agent on NVNM Chain operates from its own persistent onchain wallet, never shared with another agent. Its history stays tied to that address.
Revoking an agent means revoking one wallet's authorizations.
A stablecoin is only as strong as its reserves." — @RKWalker67, CEO of @InveniamIO.
Treasuries are easy to verify—private credit, loans, and illiquid capital buffers aren't. Periodic attestations don't cut it for institutional collateral. Inveniam Proof of Illiquid Reserves anchors data at the source for continuous, independent valuation so markets can verify full balance sheet coverage without exposing the underlying book.
Upgrade from proving the easy part to proving the whole reserve. Learn more and explore the 90-day pilot at https://t.co/e9tWcif73R.
What is NVNM Chain?
It is a Layer 1 blockchain with its own validator set.
When an AI agent or a company does a piece of work, a fingerprint of that work is recorded on NVNM Chain.
The data itself stays private. But the proof of the data goes onchain.
Later, anyone authorized to check can confirm what was done, when, and by whom.
That is all it is. Accountability infrastructure for agentic activity.

NVNM Cite brings accountability to Legal AI.
Citations are checked against case law, and the result is anchored onchain as an attestation anyone can verify in seconds, without exposing the underlying document.
NVNM Cite was built to fix Legal AI hallucinations.
Upload a document, verify citations against case law, create an immutable onchain attestation, and let anyone verify it in seconds without exposing sensitive data.

Why does NVNM Chain need to exist?
That's the question the NVNM Chain Manifesto sets out to answer, as Inveniam Chairman @omearaop explained in @NVNM_Chain's first X Space with NVNM Chain CEO @BillPapp_47, NVNM Digital President @jp_mullin888 and NVNM Digital Head of R&D @Profoneur.
