THIS right here is why I fight for our fur babies. After I got home from doing an interview with @FOX5Vegas about what happened in court today, all I can do was shake my head in disbelief. My baby curled up right next to me and I began crying. She gave me the sweetest kiss on my cheek as if to tell me it will be okay. Today's court hearing left me feeling angry, infuriated and all sorts of emotions. But I will continue to fight for my baby and all the animals out there until my last dying breath. After A LOT of digging, I can't find this POS anywhere in @ICEgov custody or @LVMPD CCDC custody and the @NyeSheriff inmate search is down. Johnstone was last being held in the Pahrump ICE facility and has just vanished! ICE does have a final order of removal but states he will be held in custody until these charges are resolved. Where is John Young Cotter Johnstone @ICEgovERO? Maybe @News3LV @FOX5Vegas @8NewsNow @KTNV @VictoriaSaha @a_bethencourttv can shed some light???

Las Vegas police arrested John Young Cotter Johnstone, an illegal alien from the UK, who police say was captured on video dragging and swinging dogs by their leashes and kicking one dog.

Johnstone faces multiple charges connected to animal abuse he allegedly committed while working at a local rescue in Nevada.

The same day Johnstone was arrested, ICE issued an immigration detainer with the Clark County Detention Center. The next day, April 2, Clark County officials honored the detainer, and ICE took custody of the alleged animal abuser.

Johnstone came to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program as a visitor. He was supposed to leave the country by Feb. 22, 2022.

ICE secured a final order of removal. He’ll stay in ICE detention pending local charges.

Digestive and Metabolic Diseases have been found in approximately a quarter of the 1,600 dairy farms which started using the additive since December 2025.
