@NateSilver538 Not mad about the take but have to say I’m disappointed by the descent into pure spite. I appreciate what you did for data journalism & the legacy of 538 but I’m going to stop following you. Your nastiness undermines any point you are trying to make. Hope you are better offline.
@RenoResilience EVgo is at the Savemart in Carson. Another at Carson Tahoe Quail. Target at Legends in Sparks. Plugshare is a useful tool to navigate EV charging. At least outside Reno where there is infrastructure. The only public LVL 2 charger is at the DMV…Gardnerville has them on Hwy 395.
@RenoResilience Not a question. And it seems like a perfect opportunity for public-private partnership since it is private companies providing the chargers. Gardnerville provides fast chargers and level 2. Sparks and Carson have fast chargers. Reno = 0.
@rgj Is there a news article about this incident other than this opinion piece? I couldn’t find it on the @rgj page and I would like to know the facts as reported by local journalists.
@TheNVIndy@jacobsolisnv “Hike” makes it sound like an unplanned, out of nowhere action. Nor do you provide context of tuition compared to other institutions. No one wants to raise costs on students but this article makes it sound like NSHE does. First time I have been frustrated with an article from you
