@Uber_Support I am still getting 20+ scam texts a day from Uber. I've been bombarded with them now for over 6 months. Sent you a DM but no reply and no help when reported to your call centre
@Uber I have been asked to send a screenshot of an uber scam to you by your call centre but can't get hold of an email address. Please can you send it me asap
@jayne_clos @jojopixiedot @HotelChocolat Dreadful customer service. I too was only offered a voucher up to 50% even though I never received my order! They said I couldn't have a refund as they had sent out replacement products (that I didn't want) of the same value. Very sneaky.
@HotelChocolat Cannot believe that you are trying to send me a completely different product from the one I ordered back in November(!) as you now say it is out of stock. Completely unacceptable! Cannot get through to your call centre - please can you get in touch
