Additionally, without the right capacity on the ground, businesses cannot be supported in a much more complex environment. Degg notes that while the leveling-up funds are there, the capacity isn't.
Emma Degg @NWBLTCEO states that a place-based trade policy should not view England as a homogeneous whole. She argues that trade is a significant part of the economy, especially in regions like the Northwest.
