Billions of people lifted out of poverty over the next half century trace back to one moment. One nation choosing restraint over domination.

No other country in history can make that claim. Not one.

Otter at a local zoo is going viral after showing zookeepers her favorite marble collection.

At a local zoo, staff noticed one otter had a habit that was different from the rest.

Otters are known for using rocks to crack open shellfish, and some even keep their favorite stones because they work better than others. But this otter wasn’t saving rocks. She was saving marbles.

Zookeepers first noticed her hiding one shiny marble in the corner of her enclosure. Then another appeared. Then another.

Soon, staff realized she wasn’t just collecting them by accident. She was carefully keeping each one like it meant something.

The zookeepers thought it was so sweet that one by one, staff members started bringing her a different marble as a gift. Every time she received one, she would take it gently, inspect it, and add it to her little collection.

Now, whenever certain keepers visit, she gathers the marbles together as if she’s showing them off. Visitors say it looks like she knows exactly which marble came from which person.

The CIA's use of USAID is completely transparent when you stop pretending the evidence is something else other than simple reality.

The consulate in Benghazi was a CIA operation, using the State Dept as the agency to buy back their missiles. USAID is not a partner with CIA, the CIA created USAID for operational action.

Now pause. Have you accepted this reality?

Good. Then move along the continuum of what the CIA was doing through USAID.

Example: Barack Obama's mother, Ann Dunham, worked for USAID.

It is important to remember the oversight agency that would be investigating the breach – The Senate Foreign Relations Committee oversees the State Department.

At the time Senator Joe Biden was the Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee when the breach would be investigated.

..."Following the breach, State Department managers met with Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Joseph Biden, whose committee has oversight over the Foreign Service and the passport office."...

And, well, what do you know…  Biden became the VP pick of Obama, and Brennan later became Obama's CIA Director.
