In RE Requiem, a boss fight with Zeno was cut. A lot of code remains, detailing his attacks and AI behavior. Judging by how much code is left, I think the fight was pretty much finished. All assets are gone from PC and PS5, so it can't be restored.

😎 A Cut Boss Fight With Zeno Was Discovered in Resident Evil Requiem's Game Files.

A lot of code from the cut boss fight is still in the game files, showing how Zeno was supposed to attack and behave during the fight. However, the files needed to bring the fight back are missing from both the PC and PS5 versions.

🥊 Zeno's moveset during the boss fight:

• Melee combos
• A slow, heavy punch
• A charging tackle toward the player
• A dive attack (he jumps and keeps re-aiming his landing spot at the player)
• Parries
• An attack involving stealing or knocking away the player's weapon
• A sniper phase where Zeno moves away from close combat and runs to different spots to shoot at the player.
• A throw attack

bro the sad part is that they don't even offer all PS2 games either... I always wanted to replay old PS2 and PS3 spider man games like spider man web of shadows, but sadly they don't offer it and the only way that i thought to play it was by buying a disc online and the consoles

This narrative is crazy. Sony lied all these years by telling people that you can’t play the PS2 and PS3 games they own on disc on PS5, and the only way to play them is through a subscription.

Sword just proved that they lied. His open-source software is going viral because you can literally play all of your games on PS5. He is all over X, TT and YT with millions of views. People are pissed at Sony for lying all these years.

Sword is getting the creator fees and is super thankful to the Pumpfun community, so he can continue developing his software.

Jailbroken PS5 console managed to make PlayStation 2 games run on PS5 from disc, without even importing digital files🚀

This means Sony were deliberately keeping players from running their games that can work just fine, just so they can sell the games again on PS Store / PS+

Modders are also working on making PS3 games run from disc on PS5, also after Sony telling us it’s “hard” to do so, due to “different infrastructure”

And now you see how far Sony’s greed has gotten. XBOX could always run games from all past generations, full backwards compatibility, yet Sony somehow pretended it was hard, and they once pretended to be shocked as to “why would anyone wanna play old games”?

And there you have it, it’s greed. The same reason they wanna convince you discs are a niche market and don’t sell when data proved them wrong💿
