The next layer that needs the be addressed (at state levels) is the same issue within managed Medicaid programs. These patients often have the greatest need for PT services and are often the least able to advocate for themselves following adverse decisions related to their care.

Fellow PTs, how often do you see dizziness associated w/ cervical spine compromise, particularly C5 radiculopathy? Can dizziness correlate w/ trigger pts? Suboccipital tightness?

Friend thought he had vertigo but cervical provocative measures reproduce & reduce his symptoms..
