@FoscoKarli@ketmpt I hear you. Acute care rotations are really hard to secure right now. Many hospitals aren’t offering spots or not enough spots. Keep your head up and work with your clin ed faculty. Something will work out even if it isn’t ideal.
@PTPintcast Wanted to be a doctor. Decided I wanted to have a life. Someone said I should be a PT. Got hurt, went to PT and said “Yeah I guess I’ll be a PT, It seems cool.” 26 years later I’m still happy with my decision.

I love the thought behind this article but at the same time really? Why are women diminished for having kids? This is to prove you can come back after kids. Really? There are articles that champion women for professional achievements after kids. Having kids does not finish you.

This is a great look at popular diets from heart health standpoint. So many people are in search of weight loss but they fail to remember they need to look at overall health too. Stop cutting whole food groups out and balance across food groups for the best heart health.
Yep I often try to be perfect at everything in life until overwhelm reminds me I’m succeeding at nothing and I need to back off again. I’m working hard at saying no to things that aren’t necessary.
