I agree. Sometimes one of the first few books when something was new are the best. Maybe written by the person or team that designed/invented the thing. Also, because the book was first, it explains everything. I often find modern technical books have stuff like "... out of scope of this book ..." or "... see other books for details of x, y, z ..." and so on. Of course later books may fix errors in old books. Or adds new understanding. So one of the oldest books you can find, and also one of the newest, then its covered.

@DJSnM The MaxQ overlay was really late too, and overwrites the real stuff. Putting beside or below the data would be so much better. And where was the stage 1 data? SpaceX does it better than NASA for raw data and the timeline arc.

Not to make light of the death of the 5-year old boy. But last night I was watching the series "From the Earth to the Moon" and it was the one that covered the Apollo 1 fire. That was due to an unexpected fire with the crew cabin at pressure and pure O2. So the risks have been known since at least then. But maybe not well remembered or known about by everyone.

Where do we report issues with Grok 3, Voice Mode. Even Grok seems unsure. Using the iPhone app, voice mode, I asked about the latest update on flight 8 expected Friday or so. It started going on about flight 5 and how the next flight was expected in 2023, or something odd like that.
