@SouthernRailUK I have a complaint to make but your online form doesn’t work. Could I have an email address to send it to please?

[Natalie Rowland @N_A_Rowland]

19:02 has been showing as delayed since 18:55

[Natalie Rowland @N_A_Rowland]

@SouthernRailUK can you tell@me why Upper Warlingham trains to VIC keep showing as delayed today?

[Natalie Rowland @N_A_Rowland]

@NetworkRailSE @SouthernRailUK Not a normal evening service?! That’s an understatement!

[Natalie Rowland @N_A_Rowland]

@SouthernRailUK So why was the train cancelled?

[Natalie Rowland @N_A_Rowland]

@SouthernRailUK what’s the operational incident holding the East Grinstead train at East Croydon?

[Natalie Rowland @N_A_Rowland]

@SouthernRailUK And no it was the 18:40

[Natalie Rowland @N_A_Rowland]

@SouthernRailUK It’s now been cancelled. Why?!

[Natalie Rowland @N_A_Rowland]

@SouthernRailUK please can you check the speakers/announcement system in coach 77124. It sounds like the poor lady has turned into Darth Vader

[Natalie Rowland @N_A_Rowland]

@SouthXr @XRebellionUK You selfish morons

[Natalie Rowland @N_A_Rowland]

@SouthernRailUK @debakkerb 73846 please!

[Natalie Rowland @N_A_Rowland]

@sainsburys I bought this set yesterday because the box clearly says ‘suitable for all hob types’ but for some reason the smallest pan doesn’t work on induction. Help!

[Natalie Rowland @N_A_Rowland]

@coxandcoxuk I’ve emailed you twice about a table I bought which does not fit together. No response. Help please.

[Natalie Rowland @N_A_Rowland]

@madedotcom I’m sending you emails about an order you’re failing to give me updates on. No one is responding. Please help.

[Natalie Rowland @N_A_Rowland]

@EMTrains so you delay the 16:05 train to Notts then give us 5 mins to board before the doors close. My friend is on crutches&is forced to run to get on.your seat reservations are not showing so my seat is not free forcing the whole carriage to move. Unacceptable service.

[Natalie Rowland @N_A_Rowland]

@PennyhillPark thanks for a nice stay last night. Maybe next time you could begin setting up the marquee a little later than 8am 😴 #sleepy #notsorelaxing #nosundayliein

[Natalie Rowland @N_A_Rowland]

@DPD_UK where’s my parcel? Number 12 where? I was in all day, why didn’t you deliver to me?

[Natalie Rowland @N_A_Rowland]

@Pret Sevenoaks!

[Natalie Rowland @N_A_Rowland]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp I’m waiting on a refund for a parcel which was delivered back to you on 5 September...

[Natalie Rowland @N_A_Rowland]

@Pret please, please, please open a branch in Sevenoaks. We’ve got an Oliver Bonas and just need a Pret to make me feel like I’m back in London!
