My son had been throwing up for 2 hours. Rushed to @akuhnairobi where we waited for > 2 hours to see his pediatrician. Reason-prior appointment reqd. Seriously?The receptionists need to be trained to use their common sense. Love our doc but the gatekeepers need to do a better job

It’s been 2 days since I opted for @SafaricomPLC ‘s platinum plan. Payment was successful via Mpesa but req could not processed at Safaricom‘s end due to tech difficulties. Payment not yet reversed. Does it really take more than 48 hours to resolve this issue? @Safaricom_Care
