The @vagisil “Feminine hygiene” line of products OMV! marketed to teens is vanilla and clementine...so it’s like a creamsicle. I didn’t think I could hate this product more, and yet here we are.
Early in #medschool I was told not to choose #surgery unless the OR was my favorite place in the world. I think that was bad advice. When I'm working, the OR is my absolute favorite place. When I'm home, snuggling my babies is heavenly. #Thankful we get to be surgeons AND people.

@shandro@tarajago@BernardoItalia@jkenney@MattWolfAB@DShepYEG As a Resident Physician in AB I am paid $57200 a year. We can have three 26 hour shifts a week, with no scheduled breaks or sleep. I have not seen a message from Alberta Health that this “may compromise quality of care”. We are paid $118.02 for the extra 16h of work.
