Drove on the Mumbai Nagpur Samruddhi Mahamarg today. Excellent road alignment and bridges and tunnels, signages, ramps - but new roads in India aren't able to get the road surfaces right. Way too much vertical movement and road noise. Same is the case with the Mumbai Pune Expressway, new widened sections of national highways, random new concrete roads across the city.

Do we wait another generation for decent road surfaces - like we waited multiple generations for basic highway infrastructure? It's disheartening if after all the will and money spent on acquiring land, building the roads, the government stops short of providing a smooth road top to drive on. It's 95% there - but this IS NOT world class infrastructure as is often claimed.

At CSIA T2 on 18 Oct. 2 customs officers at green channel across baggage belts 7/8 busy gossiping and giggling (22.40hrs) while X-ray belts kept rolling. None looked at their screens. Why even bother? Stellar vigilance. 👏

Ordered a TV on Prime Day, delivery failed. Had to reorder at a higher price. Rep promised a refund for the difference, refunded part, then stopped at $1.51 due to “system limits.” And, then told me to return the TV itself if I want a full fix. Seriously @AmazonHelp?

✅Make it a requirement to get FSSAI approvals.
❌Don't make it an avenue for extracting bribes when businesses don't comply or make false claims.
