@IndiGo6E my bhabhi travelling from dxb to bom this afternoon with her 9 month old infant had her baby stroller forcefully taken from her during boarding because the flight was “over-weight” while the guy ahead took his bag on board.!! She had to walk thru bom airport w/o anyting

@IndiGo6E missed my Ahmedabad flight due to the staffs reason, horrible customer service from Zafar and Junaid at T2 mumbai airport, they gave me the run around 3 times and no help whatsoever running from gate to gate!! Still stuck in mumbai airport with a 10am meeting
