I want to raise deep concern for a very poor after sales support regarding Godrej Split AC bought by my old age in-laws in Nov 2025.
The AC was not in use since the installation due to weather and now when switched on it’s not cooling.

@GodrejAppliance I will urge everyone not to buy any @GodrejAppliance ever in life. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Their maintenance team is worst professional and area manager doesn’t even have any clue about material and they doesn’t even have a AC Gas for top up.
Worst.

Upon the further enquiry they have told that they have sent an email to Godrej and are waiting for the approval to initiate the repair. 
I request your immediate intervention to conclude the under warranty repair as my aging in laws are suffering.@GodrejAppliance @GodrejEntGroup

I have registered the complaint with Godrej Customer service ( Ref: 78360026) on 29.03.2026. 
The technician from Neeraj Enterprise has visited on 30.03.2026 afternoon and have just checked the AC and left without any repair.

@KESCoHQ क्या क़सम खा ली गई है कि बिजली रैना मार्केट कंपनी बाग़ में नहीं दी जायेगी। आज शाम 6 बजे से बिजली नहीं है। 5 & 1/2 घंटे से आपूर्ति बाधित है ।सबस्टेशन पर कॉल करो तो कुछ बताते ही नहीं है। बहुत ही ग़ैर ज़िम्मेदार रवैया अपनाया जा रहा है।
