@Mo_PedsEP @drshahrul80 @MJAckermanMDPhD I keep teaching people that epilepsy is over-diagnosed and to always look at the heart. Arrhythmias is often the underlying cause of seizures. We recently had a chap diagnosed with epilepsy whose severe Aortic Stenosis was only diagnosed when he presented to our ER.

Eg. I have taught for 20 years but at times things were being taught that evidence & experience has shown to be wrong (just because the course was was slow to adapt). I introduce some nuance but many instructors don’t!
