The Danfo/cab Driver’s Wife. The Social Media manager of skygold Hires and Logistics. Award winning Supportive wife. #The_YellowBus_Alhaja. @Bidemi1566
My name is Nafeesah, founder of Bint Benya Apparels. I’m a personal shopper, modest-wear fashion designer, wife, mother, and the social media manager behind SkyGold_R Hires & Logistics, my husband’s transport and car-hire brand.
My vision is simple: to create visibility for my brands, support my husband’s business, and tell the stories that happen behind the scenes of commercial driving.
Being married to a Danfo driver has given me a completely different perspective on transportation. I’ve witnessed the long hours, financial pressure, constant repairs, repayments, traffic, sacrifices, and even the insults and abuse drivers sometimes face from passengers. It made me realise that behind every driver is a person with responsibilities, dreams, and a story.
I grew up seeing my father as a transporter, but I never truly understood the struggles that came with the profession until I got married and began experiencing them with my husband. Today, I share our journey, not for pity, but to show the reality behind the hustle and remind people that there is dignity in every honest work.
We started with little, and the journey hasn’t been easy. But with Allah, hard work, consistency, prayers, and the support of good people, we keep moving.
I’m a dreamer and a storyteller, and I believe that someday, all these struggles, sacrifices, setbacks, and small wins will become a story that makes sense and hopefully, a story that inspires someone else who is just starting out.
This is my story. This is our journey. This is our beginning.
My name is Tope, and I own Shining Treasures Academy.
I am a teacher, farmer, husband and father. I started my school with just my three children, believing that education should not be a privilege reserved for families who can afford expensive schools.
My vision is simple: to bring quality education closer to children, especially those from less-privileged families and communities where access to good education is limited.
I started small, but I never allowed my small beginning to stop me from dreaming big. Today, the school has grown beyond what I imagined when I started.
Running a school is not easy. There are days of challenges, financial pressure, difficult decisions and sleepless nights. But every time I see a child learning, improving, becoming confident and discovering their potential, I am reminded why I started.
Beyond the classroom, I also share my experiences as a school owner, teacher, farmer, husband and father. I believe in consistency, hard work, kindness, discipline and making the best use of whatever God has placed in our hands.
My journey is still ongoing. I may not have everything figured out, but I am grateful for how far I have come.
I started with little, but with God, consistency and the support of good people, we are building something that will impact lives for generations.
This is my story. This is my journey. And this is only the beginning.
Your uncle died and all that came to your head was to tell the people of X how you were his only hope and the money you sent him last.
They will roast you like yam and plantain 😂😂😂
Ex SUG president of Akwa Ibom university has passed in a NYSC camp in Enugu due to a headache.
Etimbuk Daniel complained of headaches for days even after taking some medications.
He requested for permission to go to a proper hospital outside the camp, but by the time the permission was granted, it was too late.
A medical exam was conducted on Daniel and it turns out that the drugs he initially took for the headache was fake.
Yesterday I was checking up emergency contacts of federal hospitals on ChatGPt to make enquiries about some important issues and I picked numbers of 3/4 diff hospitals buh None of the numbers was reachable.😫
Today I received this message from one of my mutuals on my former account and joy filled my heart. Alhamdulilah he’s now a graduate. May Almighty Allah bless this new journey for you my brother.🙏🏾
There’s one lady in Yoruba Nollywood that nobody can enter or disrespect anyhow
Apart from inside movies, she doesn’t go to functions or events, and you rarely see her outside
Her name is Jumoke Odetola
You’ll know she respect herself a lot 😊

How do you explain having the same town names in different countries?
Do they run out of names at some point, or were those names chosen by settlers for personal, cultural or historical reasons?
