Using Hathway broadband feels like a punishment! 😡 My router’s LOS light is blinking, but I can’t raise a new complaint because the app says my 2023 request is still “In Progress.” Even customer care can’t help. What a worst service experience! @HathwayBrdband #Hathway #Worst

Very poor service from @HathwayBrdband. Internet has been down since morning (LOS blinking). Customer care isn't responding, calls don't connect, and the app has no option to report this issue. I work as a software engineer and rely on the internet for my job.
