@jchervinsky@mcuban@GaryGensler People come to crypto for different reasons. Don’t confuse early adopter ethos w/ reasoning for mass adoption. Not how tech works. Crypto will drive the creator and side hustler economy. It’s finance on their terms. Decentralization won’t matter to the masses.
@cory_eth TAM plus economics dude. While you think in terms of gold, real Gs think in terms of global money supply. Smooth brains like you don’t even know what I mean. 😆
@SenShelby@SenToomey Hahahahahahahaahahhaa …. Perfecting the art of the silver tongue - business as usual won’t work in this ecosystem. Probs best your time in the Senate is up.
@jchervinsky Agree for the need to support the existing ones. They are fantastic. But we don’t centralize in this world. The more legitimate participants the better. From single voices to new orgs. It’s all gravy
@SenShelby@PFPAOfficial You have potentially caused thousands to lose their jobs & prevented hundreds of thousands from supporting their families. All for a little more $ for the most well funded military in history…Or because you are Treasury’s water boy. Either way, you hurt people today. Bravo
@JStein_WaPo Why do we impute good intention to these people? Powerful folks are pulling the strings from on high to kill ethereum and highs speed blockchains because it is the biggest threat to the fed ever created. Clear as day. Let’s call a spade a spade.
@angela_walch It’s really not that hard. If services were actually defined properly, legislation could be drafted regulating the actual service. Instead we try and define crypto by forcing participants into known non crypto buckets like “broker.” People too lazy to do the real work
@angela_walch Validators don’t transfer anything. They register crypto 2 wallets on behalf of owners. Crypto is never “transferred.” Cex’s don’t transfer either. They custody crypto on behalf of customers until redemption. Dexs do neither. They pool assets 4 self-directed swaps. Words matter
