Powering frontline responses to illicit drugs! 🇧🇩🇺🇸🇺🇳
With support of @StateINL, @usembassydhaka & @UNODC_ROSA handed over drug testing kits to Bangladesh's Department of Narcotics Control.
The kits will help officers swiftly detect harmful substances and safeguard communities.
Many victims stay silent due to trauma and fear of retaliation.
We must create safe reporting channels and remove barriers so survivors can seek help without fear.
We also need laws that protect survivors and justice systems that support and believe them.
