GoK has set aside funds to support conservancies across our landscapes in provision of water for wildlife and infrastructural development. This will in turn lead to appreciation by communities to wildlife conservation and enhance HWC mitigation.

One of our last 2021 activity involved our board visit to @NgarendareT and Kalama Conservancies to explore on Biogas project. Early next year, we intend to install 90 households with Environmental friendly cooking solution to avert charcoal/firewood use. @NRT_Kenya#greenpower

Today, @Mwenr031 in patnership with @kwskenya held a meeting at Doldol town and there after inspected the progress of the electric fence installation around Doldol Town. The fence will alleviate Human-Wildlife conflict in the area.
We are supporting our group ranches to register their lands as per Land Act 2016. Communities democratically elect 7 to 15 members of CLMC. We & our partners recognize the absolute land rights of our community members & this makes this process vital. @conservancies@NRT_Kenya
