@sanjaykrakesh Sir, I'm a VLE of CSC. Having difficulties registering for IRCTC on Safar because I have a verified personal account. To register for travel on Safar I need to have my personal account delinked from PAN/ Aadhar. I approached IRCTC but they said they can't do it.

@AshwiniVaishnaw sir, I just became a Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE) of CSC of GOI. To become an IRCTC authorised agent under CSC, I must deactivate my personal account PAN/ Aadhar. IRCTC says that it's not possible. I am totally lost and need your help to correct this.
