They first picked Noah Mutwe's uncle and put him on handcuffs before ordering him to take them to comrade Noah Mutwe 's home in Gombe. They violently abducted him and took him away. His whereabouts are not known. They're committing all these crimes against our people to instill fear in us and the entire population. But they're giving us more reason to fight for a better country.

Yesterday, the criminal regime planted new surveillance cameras on this telecom mast located right behind my office at Makerere - Kavule! The cameras are directly facing inside our offices.

This is in addition to the cameras they have planted at every other location where they know we may gather for our activities and meetings. Currently there are cameras at all roads leading to my home in Magere, at our School of Leadership in Kamwokya, at One Love Beach Busabala, and at the various roads leading to our offices at Kavule.

The cameras are also in addition to the thugs the regime deployed who trail me and monitor my activities and phone conversations. They want to know who visits me, who I meet, where I go, etc.

Is this a sign of strength? Certainly not. It is a sign of weakness. They know that they have committed so many crimes against the people so they live in extreme fear. THEY ARE SCARED OF US that they have to monitor our movements and actions 247. Let's keep on keeping on. WE SHALL OVERCOME!

Today, we were very delighted to host @NUP_Ug leaders from Buganda Region for a training on resilience in the face of tyranny. We discussed several matters of great national importance. Most importantly, we charged them to go back to their respective areas and organise our people for the #ProtestVote2026. I must say that I am super energised by the passion and enthusiasm.

Although the partisan police blocked our similar events in Western and Northern regions, we made a strong protest note and hope to visit these regions soon.

Today in Rutooma, Mbarara we attended the funeral of the late Rtd. Major John Kazoora Bashaija. Major Kazoora was a patriot who fought for his country. Sadly, he and many others like him were betrayed by Gen. Museveni who veered off every principle they fought for. We must commit to concluding that struggle, the Ugandan struggle, in our lifetime. Was very humbled by the warm reception we received from the people of Kashaari. May his soul rest in eternal peace.

We gathered at Kavule this morning to welcome new members into the National Unity Platform. Among the new members are leaders who have been subscribing to other political parties previously, as well as some representatives to cultural institutions.

I have used the occasion to once again condemn the 100M cash bribe the regime has given to MPs to amend the UPDF Act and drag civilians back into military courts for trial. These amendments are politically motivated and brought in bad faith with the intention of overturning the Supreme Court's decision of January 31 blocking the prosecution of civilians and dictator Museveni’s opponents in army courts.

Each year, the regime lends each of Uganda's 10,717 Parishes a total 100 MILLION to fight poverty under the so-called 'Parish Development Model'. This money is given to each Parish regardless of its population, to be paid back with a 6% interest! It's disturbing that while thousands of citizens in beneficiary parishes struggle to share the 100 million, a single MP pocketed the same amount to betray them.

We commend the over 70 MPs who have since signed a Resolution condemning this act of high treason against the people. We challenge them to take a step further and strongly speak out in public against this theft. We also call upon the public to isolate every MP who took a share of this loot, and extract from them the ultimate price at the next election.

On our end as the NUP, if we get evidence that any of our MPs in NUP took this money, we shall take a firm stand against you, no matter who you are, the same way we have dealt with those who stole before you.

We continue to demand for the release of the hundreds of our comrades like Bobi Young, Machete Yasin, and Kalanzi Sharif who remain under illegal detentention 3 months after the Supreme Court decision stopping their trials in army courts. We equally demand for the unconditional release of our brothers and sisters from Karamoja who find themselves in similar circumstances.
