@_ace_defective_ P4 is a very smart game when you look at the subtext. I love the use of public perception and masks! It's funny how a game about pursuing the truth is often clouded by false narratives, since it's easier for people to accept lol

Producer Kazuhisa Wada in an interview with GamesRadar:

A game needs concrete rules and restrictions to be fun. So yes, removing the SP management from the SP management game is bad design.
