If you invite candidates for an interview and deliberately keep them waiting for 2+ hours just to test their patience, you're also testing how much disrespect they're willing to tolerate...

An interview is a two-way evaluation..

The company is assessing the candidate, but the candidate is also assessing the company.

Patience is a valuable trait for sure..
So are boundaries, time management and professionalism.

If the only candidate who stayed was the one willing to wait indefinitely, that doesn't automatically make them the best candidate.

It may simply mean they were the only one willing to accept the test.
