It was a pleasure to have known Sue Morgan. A feisty volunteer and advocate, and a lover of cookies, she leaves a legacy in this community. I am forever grateful for knowing her.
@farwell_WR As someone who has a landlord selling now, I am feeling this crazy market. So many others in the same boat...renting a place and the landlord wants to sell now. Current market rent is ridiculous and it makes me worry about how many people won't be able to find adequate housing.
A report by @sdcwr has found: “Condo & high-priced rental builds are branded as ‘economic development’ and ‘urban renewal’ but we rarely look at what is being replaced or lost.

@WokeMommy @mskikeojo @SheIsRCGeorge Thank you for this. I have been uncomfortable with the acronym and its usage since I started hearing it as well. I appreciate the articulation of why it is important to consider the acronym, the discomfort, and the implications.
Thank you @UnitedWayWRC & @NancyBUWayWRC
