π Joy to the Ward! π
For the first time since Covid, Ward G8 held their Christmas party, with plenty of carol singing, festive crafts and even a game of bingo!
A big thank you to the ward staff for spreading some much-needed Christmas cheer to their patients π

Clearing space on my bookshelves. I find it hard to part with these but needs must and Iβd far rather they were being used than gathering dust. PM me if interested @gdmorewood would you share please on my behalf?

@SophieJSmith3@theRCOT@OT_Expert@cottrell_study@SPOTeurope@StudentOTs Start absorbing some of the language by listening to some podcasts - free and accessible without getting too heavily embroiled in pre work work. There are some excellent ones out there and give you a glimpse into what is to come . Some of the ted talks are also a brilliant entry.
@dr_aunt@UoE_OT That sounds interesting. Glad the podcast could be of help - I think he may be a useful link for you actually if you needed any more connections. Best wishes to you and the rest of your team. MSc was a fabulous experience.
This is a really interesting new podcast on social enterprise that I know would have been helpful on my MSc OT at University of Essex - thought it may be good for current students https://t.co/USSRRUzX34
